党的十四届三中全会关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定提出,进一步转换国有企业经营机制,建立适应市场经济要求,产权清晰,责权明确,政企分开,管理科学的现代企业制度,使企业真正成为市场的主体。这一历史使命和改革目标就责无旁贷地落在现代企业领导人的肩上。因此,在新形势下,需要认真研究和探讨企业领导人的素质,从而找出提高素质的途径。本文结合现代企业管理中的人事、生产、销售、财务等方面来讨论企业领导人的素质。
The decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee on the establishment of a socialist market economic system put forward the need to further transform the operating mechanism of state-owned enterprises, establish a modern enterprise that meets the requirements of a market economy, has clear property rights, has clear responsibilities and responsibilities, separates government from enterprises, and administers science.
