本文根据试验设计法(DOE)的策略流程,利用响应面设计法(RSM)中的中心复合设计(CCD)来进行大功率LED灯具散热器的设计研究。以铝材料鳍片型散热器的设计为范例,研究了散热器的热传导系数、底板厚度、鳍片厚度、鳍片间距、鳍片数量、LED分布等参数对散热器的影响,以及参数与参数之间的相互制约关系,提出了一个通用的散热器优化设计方法。
In this paper, according to the strategy of DOE, the design and research of heat sink for high-power LED lamps is carried out by using the center compound design (CCD) in Response Surface Design (RSM).
