目的:为尺骨中上段和肱骨下段骨不连提供带血管蒂骨膜瓣移位修复的解剖学基础。方法:在36侧成人上肢标本上,观测了骨间返动脉的走行、分布和吻合。结果:骨间返动脉起始部距尺骨们咀最突出点的长度为6.89±1.13cm,其动脉外径为1.37±0.29mm,骨膜支外径为0.54±0.27mm。骨间运动脉终末支至时后部与桡侧返动脉、桡侧副动脉背侧支和中副动脉等构成吻合。结论:以骨间运动脉为蒂的尺骨上段骨膜的移位可作为修复尺骨中上段和肱骨下段骨不连的术式。
OBJECTIVE: To provide an anatomic basis for the displacement and repair of pedicled periosteum flap for the upper mid-ulna and the lower humerus. Methods: On the 36 adult adult upper limbs, the movement, distribution and anastomosis of interosseous return veins were observed. Results: The length of the most prominent point at the beginning of the interosseous return artery was 6.89 ± 1.13cm from the ulna, the artery diameter was 1.37 ± 0.29mm and the periosteal branch diameter was 0.54 ± 0 .27mm. The terminal branch of interosseous arterial veins is consistent with the dorsal radial artery, the dorsal branch of radial artery, and the accessory accessory arteries. CONCLUSIONS: The displacement of the periosteum of the upper ulna, which is pedicled with the interosseous artery, can be used as a surgical procedure to repair the upper and lower humerus nonunion.
