目的了解武汉市公共场所大型中央空调冷却水中军团菌的污染情况及主要血清型。方法于2007年9~1O月,采集武汉市八个城区23家宾馆、8家大型商场和6家医疗机构中央空调冷却塔冷却水,应用GVPC、BCYE培养基进行嗜肺军团菌分离培养,进行血清分型及鉴定。结果冷却塔冷却水中嗜肺军团菌的污染率达到29.73%(11/37),共分离到军团菌11株。血清型以LP1为主,达45.50%(6/16)。结论武汉市公共场所大型中央空调冷却水中军团菌检出率较高,对市民健康构成了威胁,特别是医疗机构的军团菌的污染率高达33.3%,需要我们加强控制。
Objective To understand the contamination and the main serotypes of Legionella in large central air conditioning cooling water in public places in Wuhan. Methods From September to October 2007, 23 cooling water from central air-conditioning cooling tower of 23 hotels, 8 large shopping malls and 6 medical institutions in eight urban districts of Wuhan City were collected and isolated from Legionella pneumophila using GVPC and BCYE medium. Serological typing and identification. Results The contamination rate of Legionella pneumophila in the cooling water of the cooling tower reached 29.73% (11/37), and 11 strains of Legionella were isolated. Serotype LP1-based, up to 45.50% (6/16). Conclusion The detection rate of Legionella in the cooling water of large central air-conditioners in public places in Wuhan is relatively high, posing a threat to public health. In particular, the contamination rate of Legionella in medical institutions is as high as 33.3%, which requires us to strengthen our control.
