目的观察神经功能重建仪对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能的影响,为脑梗死患者的康复治疗提供有效的科学依据。方法将120例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,并且均给予患者常规的康复治疗和训练,其中包括肌肉按摩及肢体运动疗法等治疗方案。而治疗组在此基础上采用神经功能重建仪进行治疗。对2组患者采用徒手肌力试验Lovertt分级法进行肌力测评,采用Fugl-Meyer评分表评定患肢运动功能和关节活动功能。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.7%明显高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.9259,P<0.05)。治疗组患者Fugl-Meyer上肢评分和下肢评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经功能重建仪相对于传统的治疗方法有较好的治疗效果,能有效地改善脑梗死患者的肢体运动功能,提高其生活自理能力,值得临床上加以应用。
Objective To observe the effect of neurological functional reconstruction on limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction and provide an effective scientific basis for the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 60 cases, and were given routine rehabilitation and training, including muscle massage and limb exercise therapy and other treatment options. The treatment group on the basis of the use of nerve function reconstruction instrument for treatment. The two groups of patients with hand force test Lovertt grading method for muscle strength evaluation using Fugl-Meyer scoring table limb function and motor function. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 83.3% of the control group (χ ~ 2 = 5.9259, P <0.05). The Fugl-Meyer score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional treatment methods, neurorestoratology reconstruction can effectively improve limb motor function and improve the self-care ability of patients with cerebral infarction, which is worthy of clinical application.
