研究表明 ,冷天花空调方式具有舒适性好、节约能源等特点。在国外已经有了比较普遍的应用。本文结合我国的材料条件、加工能力等具体情况 ,在对冷却顶板热工性能理论分析的基础上 ,对冷天花冷却顶板进行了热工实验研究和对实验结果进行正交分析。研究结果表明 ,在影响冷却顶板传热性能的多种因素中 ,冷却顶板内部的冷媒管管间距、冷却顶板的板面材料导热性能等与冷却顶板传热 (冷 )量有显著的相关性 ,而冷媒管管径、冷却顶板的厚度等与冷却顶板传热量的相关性不明显。并由此得出在我国加工生产冷天花冷却顶板的选材原则和内部结构的优化原则。

The results show that among the various factors that affect the heat transfer performance of the cooling roof, there is a significant correlation between the refrigerant pipe spacing inside the cooling roof, the thermal conductivity of the slab material of the cooling roof and the heat transfer (cooling) amount of the cooling roof, However, the correlation between the diameter of the refrigerant pipe, the thickness of the cooling roof and the heat transfer of the cooling roof is not obvious. And from this, we can get the principle of selecting material and the optimization of internal structure of cold ceilings in our country.
