本学期,我和余桂霞老师搭班,接手四年级(4)班这样一个男女比例几乎是三比一的特殊的班级。大家都说咱俩搭档是强强联手,我却在想,余桂霞老师是全国优秀班主任,在她工作极为智慧、极为细致的情况下,作为副班主任,我到底可以做些什么。短暂地观察以后,我发现,作为学生不太熟悉的、还暂时让学生没有敬畏感的老师,我可以看到孩子们最本真的一面。这种本真有时是可爱,有时却是问题所在。下面,我就其中的一个案例,具体谈一谈。
