目的:探讨5S管理在医院临床科室成本控制中的应用效果。方法:对我我院的临床科室成本控制中应用5S管理,观察应用后的成本绩效。结果:应用5S管理后我院的临床科室形象及满意度均得到显著的提升,同时也提高了医护人员的工作效率;在物资管理上随着5S管理管理的应用,使得物品库存的积压呈减少趋势。结论:采用5S管理在医院临床科室成本控制中的应用效果良好,不仅提高了工作人员的工作效率,临床科室的形象及满意度,还能提升物资的管理效果。
Objective: To explore the application of 5S management in the cost control of clinical departments in the hospital. Methods: Applying 5S management to the cost control of clinical departments in our hospital to observe the applied cost performance. Results: After applying 5S management, the image and satisfaction of clinical departments in our hospital were significantly improved, and the work efficiency of medical staff was also improved. With the application of 5S management in material management, the backlog of goods inventory decreased trend. Conclusion: The application of 5S management in the cost control of clinical departments in the hospital is effective, which not only improves the work efficiency of staff, the image and satisfaction of clinical departments, but also enhances the material management.
