我科于1978.1开展同种异体肾移植术以来，迄今达200余例。现仅就1989.2～1990.12作者等处理肾移植术后并发尿瘘6例的体会（其间共施行肾移植术78例），介绍如下。
Our department in 1978.1 to carry out allogeneic kidney transplantation, so far reached more than 200 cases. Now only from 1989.2 ~ 1990.12 and other treatment of renal transplantation patients with urinary fistula in 6 cases (during which 78 cases of kidney transplantation), are described below.
