建立了采用高效液相色谱法测定复方头孢氨苄胶囊中的头孢氨苄和甲氧苄胺嘧啶含量的方法。以SHIMADZU VP- ODS(5 μm,15 0 m m× 4.6 m m)为色谱柱 ,乙腈∶水 (4 8∶ 5 2 ,内含 0 .0 0 3m mol/ L 十二烷基硫酸钠及 0 .1%冰醋酸 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 75 nm ,外标法定量。结果 :头孢氨苄浓度线性范围为 0 .15 17～ 0 .30 34m g/ m l,相关系数 r=0 .992 4,方法回收率为 99.6 7,RSD为 0 .35 % ,甲氨苄胺嘧啶浓度线性范围为 0 .0 2 73～ 0 .0 5 46 m g/ m l,相关系数 r=0 .9918,方法回收率为 10 0 .40 % ,RSD为 0 .81%。由此认为 ,该方法简便、快速 ,结果准确可靠 ,可作为复方头孢氨苄胶囊的质量控制方法
A method for the determination of cefalexin and trimethoprim in compound cefalexin capsules by high performance liquid chromatography was established.
