介绍车内噪声源识别的主要方法,针对国内某型车在研发过程中的车内噪声问题展开研究,试验分析与主观评价相结合,综合运用主观评价、频谱分析和运转消去法,确定涡轮增压器冷却水泵电机振动是车内噪声问题的噪声源。分析引起车内噪声问题的原因,提出对涡轮增压器冷却水泵电机振动隔离采用二级隔振的改进方案,并且通过试验和主观评价验证改进方案的有效性。
