目的:研究菊黄上清含片的抗炎、解热、镇痛作用。方法:通过角叉菜胶所致大鼠和小鼠足肿胀、二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀、羧甲基纤维素钠所致小鼠腹腔白细胞游走实验观察其抗炎作用;通过干酵母所致大鼠发热和内毒素所致家兔发热实验观察其解热作用;通过热板法和醋酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用。结果:抗炎实验表明,菊黄上清含片可明显减轻角叉菜胶所致的大鼠和小鼠足肿胀,可使二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀程度减轻,高、中剂量组可降低羧甲基纤维素钠所致小鼠腹腔白细胞游走。解热实验表明,菊黄上清含片高、中剂量组均能明显抑制干酵母所致大鼠和内毒素所致家兔体温升高。镇痛实验表明,菊黄上清含片均能提高小鼠的痛阈值,有效地减少醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数,但与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:菊黄上清含片具有良好的抗炎、解热作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects of chrysanthemum supernatant tablets. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effects of carrageenan-induced rat paw edema and mouse edema induced by xylene in mice and the peritoneal leukocyte migration induced by sodium carboxymethylcellulose were observed. Induced fever and endotoxin induced fever in rabbits were observed antipyretic effect; by hot plate method and acetic acid writhing observed analgesic effect. Results: Anti-inflammatory experiments showed that the content of chrysanthemum supernatant tablets can significantly reduce carrageenan-induced rat and mouse foot swelling, xylene-induced mouse ear swelling reduced, high and medium dose group can be reduced Carboxymethylcellulose induced peritoneal leukocyte migration in mice. Antipyretic experiments showed that the high and medium dosage groups of chrysanthemum supernatant could significantly inhibit the body temperature of rabbits induced by dry yeast and endotoxin induced rabbits. Analgesic experiments showed that the content of chrysanthemum supernatant tablets can increase the pain threshold in mice effectively reduce acetic acid-induced writhing in mice, but compared with the control group no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Chrysanthemum supernatant tablets have good anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.
