非技术性医患冲突是指由服务态度,医德医风等非医疗技术因素引起的医患间的社会心理冲突。急诊科由于其工作性质的特殊性,是这一类冲突的高发科室。处理不当便会演变成医疗纠纷,甚至可能导致法律解决。因此,回顾和分析形成冲突的原因,有助于做好防范工作。一、急诊科非技术性医患冲突的主要因素1、患者思想与现实出现矛盾。例如一危重病人送来急诊科,其家属亲友的基本目标是要求尽快得到抢救,使患者脱离险情。但若急诊医师动作稍有迟缓,甚至医护不在岗,或人手不够,正在抢救其它病员,患者家属的这种要求与客观现实出现矛盾,心理上就会产生挫折,极易产生攻击性反应。
Non-technical doctor-patient conflict refers to the social-psychological conflict between doctors and patients caused by non-medical technology factors such as service attitude and medical ethics. Because of the special nature of its work, the emergency department is a high-risk department in this type of conflict. Improper handling can lead to medical disputes and may even lead to legal solutions. Therefore, reviewing and analyzing the causes of conflicts will help prevent them. First, the main factors of the non-technical doctor-patient conflict in the emergency department 1. Contradictions between the patient’s thinking and reality. For example, a critically ill patient is sent to the emergency department. The basic goal of the relatives and friends of their families is to request rescue as soon as possible so that the patient can escape from danger. However, if the emergency doctor moves slowly, even if the doctor is not in the post, or the manpower is not enough, he is rescuing the other patients. This kind of conflict between the patient’s family’s requirements and the objective reality will cause psychological frustration and easily lead to offensive reactions.
