在pH6.2的Britton-Robinson缓冲介质中,替米沙坦(TMST)与生物染色剂固绿FCF(FGF)反应,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变,最大正、负吸收波长分别位于598、632 nm,从而建立光度法测定替米沙坦。在598、632 nm处,替米沙坦分别在0~1.35×10-5mol/L、0~1.05×10-5mol/L范围内遵从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数分别为7.65×104 L.mol-1.cm-1、1.70×105 L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限分别为8.22×10-7 mol/L和3.20×10-7 mol/L。该方法可用于临床用药、血样及尿样中替米沙坦的测定。

The method can be used for clinical medication, determination of telmisartan in blood samples and urine samples.
