近几年,我国有许多大型舒适性中央空调系统投入运行。但制冷规的合理运行管理是一薄弱环节。由于各种原因,许多机组处于低效率工况下运行。本文针对我国宾馆建筑空调的现状,提出根据季节变化,调整制冷机的蒸发温度运行,提高制冷机的cop值,从而降低电力消耗。本文从理论上分析了提高蒸发温度对空调房间热、湿环境的影响,并用现场实测数据验证了该理论。提出了北京地区不同季节的变蒸发温度运行方案。
In recent years, many large-scale comfort central air-conditioning systems have been put into operation in China. However, the rational operation and management of the refrigeration system is a weak link. For a variety of reasons, many units operate at inefficient operating conditions. In view of the current status of air conditioning in hotel buildings in China, this paper proposes adjusting the evaporating temperature operation of the chiller according to seasonal changes, and increasing the cop value of the chiller, thereby reducing power consumption. This article theoretically analyzes the effect of increasing the evaporation temperature on the hot and humid environment of air-conditioned rooms, and validates the theory with field measured data. A variable evaporation temperature operation plan for different seasons in Beijing was proposed.
