科技的发展使新的电教手段和方法冲击着师专外语电教。新形势下师专外语专业、电教设备得到扩大和建设，这就更需要吸收消化新的电教技术。实现这一目标必须实现高质量的外语电教管理，才能加速师专外语电教的发展。无疑，作为外语电教管理中坚的专业管理人员必须具备创新思想和较高的、全面的综合型素质，才能适应新形势需要，开创师专外语电教新局面。
The development of science and technology makes the new methods and methods of audio-visual teaching impact on the foreign language teaching in teachers’ colleges.
