为了提高煤矿液压立柱表面的耐磨、耐蚀性能,采用脉冲电镀方法在其表面制备了Fe-Ni-Cr镀层,并研究了电流密度对镀层微观形貌、显微硬度、耐磨性能及耐蚀性能的影响。随着电镀电流密度的增加,Fe-Ni-Cr镀层的硬度和耐磨、耐蚀性能呈现先上升后下降的趋势,当电流密度为14A/dm2时,镀层的各项性能达到最佳值。研究结果表明,Fe-Ni-Cr镀层可以较好地提高液压立柱的耐磨、耐蚀性能。
In order to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the hydraulic column surface of coal mine, the Fe-Ni-Cr coating was prepared on the surface by pulse electroplating method.
