对一、二、三、四、五年生的黄连植株在(35±2)℃高温下分别处理0d、3d、6d。测定其几项生理指标,探讨黄连受到高温胁迫后生理生化性状变化特征,为黄连生产管理提供理论依据。结果表明:高温胁迫下不同年龄的黄连体内可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量均增加,且与胁迫的时间正相关;经过6d高温胁迫后,可溶性糖含量最高值比对照增加了1倍,脯氨酸含量增加了7倍。丙二醛(MDA)含量下降趋势,根和叶中均一年生和两年生的变化显著。
Coptis plants of one, two, three, four and five years were treated for 0d, 3d and 6d respectively at (35 ± 2) ℃. Several physiological indexes were measured to investigate the characteristics of physiological and biochemical characteristics of Coptis chinensis under high temperature stress and provide a theoretical basis for the production management of Coptis chinensis. The results showed that under high temperature stress, the soluble sugar and proline content increased at different ages, and was positively correlated with the time of stress. After 6 days of high temperature stress, the highest soluble sugar content increased 1 time and proline The content increased by 7 times. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content decreased, root and leaf in both annual and biennial changes significantly.
