研究了溴邻苯三酚红与重铬酸根的褪色反应,据此拟定了测定铬(Ⅵ)的简便快速分析方法,确定了这个新体系的最佳褪色条件。1.0~10.0μg/25 ml Cr(Ⅵ)服从比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数ε(?)=7.3×10~4。对反应机理进行了一定的探讨。对标准铬钢中的铬进行了测定,结果良好。
The fading reaction between bromopyrogallol red and dichromate was studied. Based on this, a simple and rapid method for the determination of chromium (Ⅵ) was developed and the best fading conditions for the new system were established. Beer ’s law was obeyed by 1.0 ~ 10.0μg / 25ml Cr (Ⅵ). The molar extinction coefficient ε was 7.3 × 10 ~ 4. The reaction mechanism was discussed. The chromium in the standard chrome steel was measured and the results were good.
