在20具成人腰骶部脊住标本上,作钝性分离,解剖和观察了腰椎关节突关节的神经支配。结果显示;腰推关节突关节是由腰神经后内侧支支配,每一后内侧支发出三个关节支(上关节支、中夫节支和下关节支),支配三个相邻的腰椎关节突关节。而就一个腰椎关节突关节来说,同时受相邻的三个节段的后内侧支支配,形成三节段的分布模式。根据这一分布模式,提出了腰椎关节突关节损伤后外科治疗时应用环形切口。
In 20 adult lumbosacral spine specimens, for blunt dissection, anatomy and observation of the lumbar facet joints of the innervation. The results showed that the lumbar joint was composed of the medial branch of the lumbar nerve. Each of the medial branches of the lumbar spine developed three joint branches (upper joint branch, middle branch and lower joint branch) and dominated the three adjacent lumbar joints Sudden joint. As for a lumbar facet joint, it is controlled by the posterior medial branch of the adjacent three segments to form a three-segment distribution pattern. According to this distribution pattern, a circular incision was proposed for surgical treatment of lumbar facet joint injuries.
