企业文化理论作为一种新型的企业管理理论,是人类社会文明进步和现代工业文明发展的必然趋势,是新技术革命发展的必然选择,是现代企业比较管理学发展的必然结果。企业文化理论是在我国深化经济体制改革,扩大对外开放,企业管理由传统单一计划经济、单一全民所有制向市场经济型转型、向多元化所有制转化的特定历史条件下,由西方传入我国的。近年来,在我国经济发达地区,特别是沿海经济特区掀起一股企业文化热潮。虽然珠海市企业文化建设起步较晚,但已引起越来越多理论界和企业管理界人士的关注,并在广大企业落地开花,结出了丰硕的果实,初步形成了由点至线、由线及面、蓬勃发展的大好形势。涌现出一批象格力、丽珠、东大、百货集团、公汽公司、海通集团等企业文化建设优秀企业。
