众所周知,长期以来中国民航业发展始终存在着许多结构性的矛盾。中国民航运输发展在整个进程中,增长速度很快,但是发展中存在的缺陷也不少。其中,国际航空运输自由化与中国民航业整体国际能力不强,是主要矛盾之一。中国民航业不同运营模式和合作格局现在还没有形成,大型网络客货航空公司和大型国际客货枢纽机场对全行业整体发展和综合竞争能力,带动作用现在还不强,这是我们亟待解决的一个结构性问题。
As we all know, there have always been many structural contradictions in the development of China’s civil aviation industry for a long time. The growth of civil aviation transportation in China has been growing rapidly throughout the entire process, but there are also many shortcomings in its development. Among them, the liberalization of international air transport and the overall international capability of China’s civil aviation industry are not strong, which is one of the major contradictions. The different operation modes and cooperation patterns of China’s civil aviation industry have not yet been formed. The large-scale network of passenger and cargo airlines and major international passenger and cargo hub airports have not been able to promote the overall development and overall competitiveness of the entire industry. This is an issue that we urgently need to solve A structural problem.
