目的:建立香草固齿酊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对香附、墨旱莲进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定α-香附酮与蟛蜞菊内酯的含量。结果:TLC鉴别斑点清晰,分离效果良好,阴性对照无干扰;HPLC测定α-香附酮的平均加样回收率为99.81%,RSD为0.41%(n=6);蟛蜞菊内酯的平均加样回收率为100.16%,RSD为0.80%(n=6)。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于香草固齿酊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of vanilla solid tooth tincture. Methods: TLC and HPLC were used to qualitatively identify Cyperus rotundus and Eclipta. HPLC was used to determine the contents of α-ketalsone and wedelia lactone. Results: The TLC spots were clear and the isolation effect was good. There was no interference with the negative control. The average recovery of α-ketones by HPLC was 99.81% and the RSD was 0.41% (n = 6) The recovery was 100.16% with a RSD of 0.80% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is specific, sensitive and repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of vanilla solid tincture.
