目的：观察阿斯匹林与尼莫地平合用对兔体外血小板聚集的影响。方法：比浊法。结果：两药合用后均可显著提高对三种诱导剂诱导的血小板聚集的抑制作用，合用后ｑ值均大于１。结论：两药合用后可协同抑制体外血小板聚集。
Objective: To observe the effect of aspirin and nimodipine on rabbit platelet aggregation in vitro. Method: Turbidimetric method. Results: The combination of the two drugs can significantly increase the inhibition of platelet aggregation induced by the three kinds of inducers, q values were greater than 1 after administration. Conclusion: The combination of two drugs can synergistically inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro.
