给出了考虑资源冲突、过程冲突和设计冲突等冲突起因的协同设计的数学描述模型,该模型表明冲突消解是一个多目标规划问题,通常只能得到Pareto解,并指出设计冲突消解是其难点。在考虑设计变量及其对设计目标的影响具有模糊性和冲突消解需要付出成本的基础上,提出了一种基于设计目标最大化的设计冲突消解算法。该算法引入了模糊等级值和设计变量的影响度等定义,通过比较消解成本和消解引起的设计目标波动值的相对大小,从而选择成本较小的算法,通过调整对总体设计目标影响最小的冲突设计变量的模糊等级值来消解冲突。最后,应用汽车摩擦片设计实例验证了该算法的有效性。
This paper presents a mathematical description model of collaborative design considering the causes of conflicts such as resource conflicts, process conflicts and design conflicts. The model shows that conflict resolution is a multi-objective programming problem, which can only get Pareto solutions. It is pointed out that design conflict resolution is the difficult point . Based on the consideration of design variables and their ambiguity on the design goals and the cost of conflict resolution, a design conflict resolution algorithm based on maximization of design goals is proposed. This algorithm introduces the definition of fuzzy grade value and the influence degree of design variables. By comparing the digestion cost with the relative size of design target fluctuation caused by digestion, this algorithm chooses the algorithm with lower cost and adjusts the conflict which has the least influence on the overall design goal Design variable fuzzy level values to resolve conflicts. Finally, the design example of automotive friction plate is used to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
