如今教师授课不仅仅是知识的传递更重要的是讲授方式的选择,如果学生接收到知识不去思考不去应用不让他们的行为发生改变,那么这样传递的知识没有意义而且很快会遗忘。我们发现:不管是企业的培训还是学校的教育,课堂上大家很积极,也学得很好可一旦离开课堂,在岗位上、在生活中很少有人真的拿去应用。也许原因是学员并没有从内心深处接受和喜爱老师所教授的东西。“没有学不好的学生,只有不懂教法的老师”。本文阐释了学习商务礼仪的本质、作用并提出以身作则启发式、参与体验式、互动提问式、游戏与角色扮演式教学模式。
Nowadays teachers teach not only the transmission of knowledge but also the choice of teaching methods. If the students receive the knowledge and do not think about the application and not let their behavior change, the knowledge conveyed in this way is meaningless and will soon be forgotten. We found that, whether it is business training or school education, everyone in the classroom is very active and well-educated. Once in the classroom, few people in the workplace really use it. This essay explains the nature of learning business etiquette, its role and proposes to lead by example, to participate in experiential, interactive questioning, game and role-playing teaching mode.
