本文在分析副连杆机构设计要求的基础上,将副连杆机构参数的设计问题转化为优化设计问题,建立优化设计的数学模型,利用罚函数法的 CMIN—16程序求解。最后,以几台柴油机副连杆机构参数的设计为实例,在 DJS—8电子计算机上进行了计算与对比,说明采用这种优化设计方法,比一般设计方法既节省了时间又提高了设计质量。
Based on the analysis of the design requirements of the secondary linkage mechanism, this paper transforms the design of the secondary linkage mechanism parameters into the optimization design problem, establishes the mathematical model of optimal design, and uses the penalty function method CMIN-16 program to solve. Finally, taking the design of several diesel sub-linkage mechanism parameters as an example, the comparison and calculation are performed on the DJS-8 electronic computer, which shows that using this optimized design method saves time and improves the design quality compared with the common design method .
