用高脂饲料喂养Wistar大鼠20天,造成大鼠高血脂症模型,然后分别灌胃(ig)给予颐正活脉丸4.3g/kg,以临床降脂药物绞股蓝总苷片0.03g/kg为阳性对照。灌胃实验第20天后取血清测定总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),结果颐正活脉丸能降低高血脂症模型大鼠血清中TC、TG和LDL-C含量,升高高血脂症模型大鼠血清中HDL-C含量,效果与阳性对照组绞股蓝总苷相当,与高脂对照组比较,经t检验,均有显著性差异。表明颐正活脉丸具有明显的降血脂作用。
Wistar rats were fed with high-fat diet for 20 days to induce a hyperlipidemia model in rats. The rats were then given intragastrically (ig) with Qizheng Huoleiwan 4.3g/kg for the clinical lipid-lowering drug Gypenoside 0.03g/kg. As a positive control. After 20 days of gavage test, serum was measured for total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C). As a result, Yongzheng Huojuwan could be reduced. The serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in hyperlipidemia model rats increased the serum HDL-C level in hyperlipidemia model rats. The effect was comparable to that of the positive control group, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, and compared with the high-fat control group. t test, there are significant differences. Shows that the “Zhengzheng Huojuwan” has obvious hypolipidemic effect.
