由于常规的表面溢流建筑物的泄流能力过小,当排泄非常洪水大流量时,溢流挡水墙顶过流水层很深才能满足泄洪要求,导致渠首工程规模很大。据此拟在有限的溢流水头下达到提高建筑物的泄流能力,不扩大渠首的平面尺寸,而代之用紧凑的平面布置扩大溢流前沿的方法。即在恒量的非常洪水流量和有限的渠首平面范围,扩大溢流前沿,降低作用水头——溢流水深。
Due to the discharge capacity of conventional surface overflow buildings is too small, when the drainage is very large flood discharge, the overflow retaining wall through the water layer deep enough to meet the flood discharge requirements, resulting in a large drainage project.
