很多民用飞机会出现由于次要结构(辅助非传力结构,一般用于维护气动外形)与主结构连接形式不明确,而导致次要结构产生一定程度的结构破坏(产生裂纹),这些问题虽然不影响飞机使用安全,但对飞机的品质产生了很大的影响,所以在结构设计中,要尽量避免这样的设计。本文以某型机的问题处理为例,对民用飞机吊挂后缘产生的典型裂纹问题给出解决思路和方案,以供类似飞机设计和问题处理时参考。
