在淡色库蚊越冬过程中,测出其血淋巴含18~19种游离氨基酸。越冬期淡色库蚊除胱氨酸和脯氨酸浓度(0.2067±0.0058nmol/μl、36.5467±0.4654nmol/μl)高于越冬前期(0.1563±0.0021nmol/μl、22.2467±1.3537nmol/μl)外,其余各氨基酸及总氨基酸均显著下降;越冬后期与越冬期相比,各氨基酸及总氨基酸均显著升高,其中天门冬氨酸(0.4300±0.0520nmol/μl)、谷氨酸(3.9600±0.0794nmol/μl)、丙氨酸(22.9067±1.2860nmol/μl)、胱氨酸(1.0167±0.0551nmol/μl)和脯氨酸(47.9267±2.5597nmol/μl)及总氨基酸(98.2402±3.6139nmol/μl)甚至超过越冬前期的水平(分别为0.1900±0.0557、3.3067±0.1850、6.8833±0.1250、0.1563±0.0021、22.2467±1.3537和59.9617±1.5296nmol/μl)。用于采集血淋巴的蚊虫,胃血均为Sella 1期,卵巢发育不超过Christophers IIb期,可排除血食及卵巢后期发育对氨基酸测定结果的影响。
