采用改进的Wybenga氏血清总胆固醇直接测定法测定了正常大白鼠血清总胆固醇的正常值,并发现每周采血一次及每日用生理盐水灌胃对大白鼠血清总胆固醇浓度均无明显影响。因此认为可采用正常雄性大白鼠作为降胆固醇药物筛选的模型。此后,我们就以正常雄性大白鼠作模型,对首乌、带鱼鳞油及复方磷酸酯酶片等进行了筛选。并用血清胆固醇下降20%作为筛选的有效标准。结果表明首乌、带鱼鳞油均有显著的降胆固醇作用,而复方磷酸酯酶片没有什么作用。
Using the modified Wybenga serum total cholesterol direct determination of normal rat serum total cholesterol normal value and found that once a week blood and saline daily gavage had no significant effect on serum total cholesterol in rats. Therefore, it is considered that normal male rats can be used as models for cholesterol-lowering drug screening. Since then, we used the model of normal male rats to screen Radix Polygoni Multiflori, zygote and compound phosphatase tablets. And with serum cholesterol decreased by 20% as a valid screening criteria. The results showed that Polygonum multiflorum, octopus ocellatus have a significant cholesterol-lowering effect, and compound phosphatase tablets no effect.
