地方性氟中毒系因长期饮用高氟量饮水而致之地方病。世界上不少的国家有此种流行病地区,在国内最先发现于贵州。就查到的材料,其他地区尚未见有此病的报导。我们自1952年以来陆续发现此病,主要分布于山东昌潍及烟台专区的六个县市。鉴于本症发病缓慢无特殊的临床症状,一般都因其他疾患或体检作透视或摄片检查时,发现骨骼系统有特征性改变而被确诊。但由于本症极为少见,临床认识不足常被忽略,而X线表现却极其特征,因此加强X线征象方面的认识,不仅有助于发现和确诊,且可作为调查发病地区的简便方法和依据。 Endemic fluorosis is endemic due to long-term consumption of high-fluoride drinking water.
