目前,随着我国经济增长方式的转变,高新技术企业无论在数量上还是在国民经济总量所占比重上都有了较大的增长。高新技术企业与传统产业企业既有相同之处,但差异也体现在很多方面,如企业治理结构、人事管理制度、业绩考核方式、员工工作方式等,而一旦高新技术企业与其员工发生劳动争议,则上述差异相应带来一些与传统企业劳动争议案件的不同之处,是需要在审理中予以注意的。
