使用低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射(ILIB)治疗脑血管病(CVD)45 例。治疗前和疗程结束后,均进行血液流变学指标和胆固醇(ch)、甘油三脂(TG) 及纤维蛋白原(Fib)等测定。结果表明:ILIB治疗CVD确能使ηbH、ηvL、RV、ηp及 Fib明显下降(p<0.01-0.001)。而对HCT、ESR、ESR-k和Ch、TC等则无显著 影响(p>0.05)。由此,说明其ηb下降主要由于ηp、Fib的降低及红细胞变形性增 强所致。故提出在使用ILIB治疗CVD时最好先行血液流变学检测。其对高粘血浆 型胶红细胞变形性下降型的疗效必优于细胞高压积型。
45 cases of cerebrovascular disease (CVD) were treated with low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation (ILIB). Before treatment and after the end of the course of treatment, hemorrheological parameters and cholesterol (ch), triglyceride (TG) and fibrinogen (Fib) were measured. The results showed that: ILIB treatment of CVD did make ηbH, ηvL, RV, ηp and Fib significantly decreased (p <0.01-0.001). However, HCT, ESR, ESR-k and Ch, TC had no significant effect (p> 0.05). Thus, the decrease of ηb was mainly attributed to the decrease of ηp and Fib and the enhancement of erythrocyte deformability. It is proposed in the use of ILIB for the treatment of CVD best blood rheology test. Its high-viscosity plasma-type plasticity of erythrocyte descending effect of type must be better than the cell pressure type.
