重载夹钳承载能力的研究是保证重载夹持机构可靠性与夹持稳定性的重要依据。影响夹钳承载能力的因素众多,且某些因素之间存在多重相关性和不确定性,因而给夹钳承载能力评价研究带来困难。针对夹钳结构系统承载能力影响因素的复杂性,文中采用改进的层次分析法,最终把系统分析归纳为最底层相对于最高层的相对重要性权值的确定或相对优劣性排序问题。该评价研究使影响夹钳承载能力各因素的影响程度更具有明确性,也为夹钳优化选型方案提供了可靠的理论基础。
Research on the carrying capacity of heavy-duty clamps is an important basis to ensure the reliability and clamping stability of heavy-duty clamps. There are many factors affecting the carrying capacity of the clamp, and there are multiple correlations and uncertainties between some factors, which makes it difficult to evaluate the carrying capacity of the clamp. In view of the complexity of the influencing factors of bearing capacity of the clamp structure system, an improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted in this paper. Finally, the system analysis is concluded as the determination of the relative importance weight of the lowest level relative to the highest level or the relative ranking of the relative merits. The evaluation study makes the influence degree of various factors that affect the carrying capacity of the clamps more definite, and also provides a reliable theoretical basis for the optimization selection scheme of the clamps.
