作者研究了在石英管沸腾氯化炉中氯化制取四氯化锆的某些影响因素。结果表明,氯化中硅的氯化率高于锆;控制锆英石粒度90%通过0.105mm、氯化温度1100℃、氯化时间3h下,可获得较高的氯化率。
The authors studied some of the factors that influence the chlorination of zirconium tetrachloride in a quartz tube boiling chlorination furnace. The results showed that the chlorination rate of silicon in chlorination was higher than that of zirconium. Higher chloride rate could be obtained by controlling the zircon particle size 90% through 0.105mm, chlorination temperature 1100 ℃ and chlorination time 3h.
