本课题研制成功30吨铁水罐中喷吹石灰系复合脱硫剂进行铁水炉外脱硫。可使高炉冶炼高碱金属原料,采用酸渣排碱,高炉顺行,技术经济指标改善。高硫铁水炉外脱硫得到优质生铁。形成高炉用酸渣冶炼高碱金属原料及炉外脱硫新工艺。 这种新工艺已经经过连续性工业试验并转入生产使用。到1985年3月底已处理铁水5万余吨。试验及连续生产表明:高炉炉渣碱度(CaO/SiO_2)由1.05降至0.95~1.0,炉渣排碱率由50%提高到75%以上,焦比下降8~13公斤/吨铁。日产量提高10~18吨。增
