研究了铈对1.2Si%-0.4%Al无取向电工钢成品板织构和磁性能的影响。结果表明:随铈含量增加,钢中有利织构组分强度和所占比例均先增加后减少,铈含量为0.0051%时磁性能达到最佳。但当铈添加过量时(质量分数0.018%),磁性能反而降低。这归因于适量铈加入净化了钢液、改变了夹杂物性质,影响到再结晶过程中织构的演变。过量铈的加入生成过多的铈氧硫化物夹杂,阻碍退火时晶粒长大,恶化磁性能。
The effect of cerium on the texture and magnetic properties of 1.2Si% -0.4% Al non-oriented electrical steel plate was studied. The results show that with the increase of the content of cerium, the strength and the proportion of the favorable textured components in the steel first increase and then decrease, and the magnetic properties reach the best when the content of cerium is 0.0051%. However, when the cerium is added excessively (mass fraction 0.018%), the magnetic property decreases instead. This is due to the amount of cerium added to purify the molten steel, changing the nature of inclusions and affecting the texture evolution during recrystallization. Excess cerium is added to generate too much cerium oxysulfide inclusions, preventing grain growth during annealing and deteriorating magnetic properties.
