目的:分析护士行为对产妇母乳喂养行动的影响,并提出相应的管理建议。方法:选择2015年5月~2016年4月医院产科接收的120例产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表分成观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组产妇行整体护理,对照组产妇行功能制护理。对两组产妇的母乳喂养情况、两组产妇的护士行为评分进行观察和比较。结果:产后42 d,观察组产妇纯母乳喂养率、母乳喂养率为86.67%、95.00%,分别高于对照组产妇的65.00%、80.00%,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。在服务态度、母乳喂养操作方、语言沟通技巧、技术操作熟练程度上,两组产妇的护士行为评分无显著差异(P>0.05);在心理护理、产妇交谈、母乳喂养宣教、产后回访上,观察组产妇的护士行为评分显著高于对照组产妇的护士(P<0.05)。结论:护士的心理护理、产妇交谈、母乳喂养宣教、产后回访等行为,会影响到产妇母乳喂养情况。加强护士行为的管理,可落实产妇母乳喂养知识的掌握。
Objective: To analyze the impact of nurses’ behavior on maternal breastfeeding and to put forward corresponding management suggestions. Methods: From May 2015 to April 2016, 120 maternal women received obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital were selected as research objects. Random numbers were divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The observation group maternal line overall care, control group maternal line functional system care. The two groups of maternal breastfeeding situation, two groups of maternal nurses’ behavior scores were observed and compared. Results: At 42 days postpartum, the exclusive breastfeeding rate and the rate of breastfeeding in the observation group were 86.67% and 95.00%, respectively, which were higher than 65.00% and 80.00% respectively of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in service attitude, breastfeeding operator, language communication skills and proficiency in technical operation between two groups of maternal nurses (P> 0.05). In psychological nursing, maternal conversation, breastfeeding mission and postnatal visits, The score of nurses in observation group was significantly higher than that of nurses in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nurses’ psychological care, maternal conversation, breastfeeding mission and postpartum visits may affect the maternal breastfeeding status. Strengthen the management of nurse behavior, to implement the mastery of maternal breastfeeding knowledge.
