随着我国基本建设事业的不断发展,桩基础在建筑工程中得到了广泛的应用。但由于受勘察布孔的局限性影响,或施工方法的不当,许多桩基桩身质量或桩端持力层存在缺陷,达不到设计要求,需要加固处理。如何有效地提高该类桩的承载力是摆在工程技术人员面前的一个难题。作者针对某大厦缺陷桩基采用了复合注浆加固处理方法,取得了良好的效果。
With the continuous development of China's capital construction, pile foundation has been widely used in construction projects. However, due to the limitations of the surveyed holes, or improper construction methods, many pile foundation pile quality or pile end bearing layer defects, can not meet the design requirements, the need for reinforcement. How to effectively improve the bearing capacity of such piles is a difficult task for engineering technicians. Aiming at the defective pile foundation of a building, the author adopted the compound grouting reinforcement method and achieved good results.
