健康监测系统日趋庞大的预算将招致桥梁管理者的反感,因此,在一定的预算范围内如何做到有效的监测成为健康监测系统研究的重点。针对诸多健康监测系统偏离结构固有特点这一情况,阐明健康监测系统必须建立在对结构危险性进行调查和分析的基础上,只有这样才能够获得性价比最高的健康监测系统。缆索承重桥梁的主要受力构件是缆索体系,因此这类桥梁的健康监测系统重点在于监测缆索体系的危险,也就是说需要建立面向缆索危险的健康监测系统。分别对斜拉桥及悬索桥这两种典型的缆索承重桥梁进行了较为简要的危险性调查和结构分析,从这些分析中我们可以获得:(1)缆索体系可能出现何种危险;(2)缆索出现危险的概率及程度;(3)缆索危险所带来的后果;(4)缆索危险所体现出来的结构响应。通过这些分析我们可以选择发生概率高、危害性大的危险来优先进行监测,可以根据危险所体现出来的结构响应进行测点布置或者对结构响应微小的危险进行定期巡检。
The growing budget of health monitoring system will lead to the resentment of bridge managers. Therefore, how to achieve effective monitoring within a certain budget has become the focus of health monitoring system research. In view of the fact that many health monitoring systems deviate from the inherent characteristics of the structure, it is stated that the health monitoring system must be based on the investigation and analysis of the structural risks, so as to obtain the most cost-effective health monitoring system. The main load-bearing components of cable-bearing bridges are cable systems, so the health monitoring system of such bridges focuses on the danger of monitoring the cable system, which means that a cable-based health monitoring system needs to be established. Two typical cable-stayed bridges with cable-stayed bridges and suspension bridges are briefly surveyed and structurally analyzed. From these analyzes, we can obtain: (1) what kind of danger may occur in the cable system; (2) the cable The probability and degree of danger; (3) the consequences of the danger of the cable; and (4) the structural response as reflected by the danger of the cable. Through these analyzes, we can choose to have a high probability of occurrence of high risk to give priority to monitoring, can be based on the structural response of the dangerous point of view of the layout of the response or the structure of the small periodic inspection of the risk of minor inspections.
