采用微观组织分析法,分别从裂纹附近的夹杂物、裂纹分布与各种形貌、显微组织等方面,对Q345B热轧板带边部纵向裂纹的成因进行了一系列分析。结果表明,该Q345B热轧板带边部纵向裂纹是由于板坯存在皮下气泡或针孔经过后续轧制并逐步外露而形成的。
By means of microstructure analysis, a series of analyzes on the causes of the longitudinal cracks on the edge of Q345B hot rolled strip were carried out respectively from the inclusions, crack distribution and various morphologies and microstructures in the vicinity of the crack. The results show that the longitudinal cracks on the edge of the Q345B hot rolled strip are formed by the submerged bubbles or pinholes in the slab after subsequent rolling and gradual exposure.
