IL-1、IL-6和活化枯否细胞培养上清液对约氏疟原虫红外期发育的影响

目的:研究IL-1、IL-6和活化枯否细胞(Kc)产物对约氏疟原虫红外期(EEF)发育的影响。方法:大鼠腹腔注射IL-1、IL-6或合用,3h后接种子孢子(Sp),42h后观察EEF发育情况;建立大鼠肝细胞-约氏疟原虫体外培养模型,Sp接种后2h加IL-1、IL-6及激活后Kc培养上清,观察对EEF发育的影响。结果:IL-1组、合用组Sp发育率明显降低,IL-6组无明显下降;IL-1、IL-6明显抑制培养的EEF发育;激活Kc培养上清也可抑制EEF发育,EEF成熟度低、体积小。结论:IL-1、IL-6在体内外和接种Sp前后均可抑制EEF的发育 Objective: To investigate the effects of IL-1, IL-6 and Kc on the development of EEF in P. yoelii. Methods: The rats were injected intraperitoneally with IL-1 and IL-6, and sporocysts were inoculated 3 hours later. The development of EEF was observed after 42 hours. The model of rat hepatocytes-P. yoelii was established in vitro, Add IL-1, IL-6 and activated Kc culture supernatant to observe the impact of EEF development. Results: The rate of Sp development in IL-1 group and combination group was significantly lower than that in IL-6 group, IL-1 and IL-6 significantly inhibited the development of EEF, and the activation of Kc culture supernatant also inhibited EEF development and EEF maturation Low degree, small size. Conclusion: Both IL-1 and IL-6 can inhibit the development of EEF in vitro and in vivo before and after Sp inoculation
