保证大庆油田化工总厂动力厂主体装置用水的500m_3脱盐水站(简称化学二站),自投产以来,存在着脱盐水成本高、蒸汽品质差、影响下游用水装置平衡运行等问题。对该厂水汽系统进行了分析查定、树脂分析及脱盐水系统核算,定性和定量地找出了脱盐水系统存在问题的原因。应用正交实验法,调整该系统化学二站的运行工况,使脱盐水水质达到国家二级脱盐水水质标准,酸耗达到了国内同类装置的较好水平,碱耗也有极大的降低,从而保证了蒸汽锅炉低排污率的长周期运行,蒸汽品质也有较大的提高。
The 500m 3 desalination water station (Chemical Second Station), which ensures the water for the main unit of the power plant in Daqing Oilfield Chemical Plant, has problems of high cost of desalinated water, poor steam quality and affecting the balance operation of downstream water supply units. The water vapor system of the plant was analyzed and analyzed, resin analysis and desalinated water system accounting, qualitative and quantitative to find out the reasons for the existence of the problem of desalinated water system. Orthogonal experiment method was used to adjust the operating conditions of the second chemical station of the system so that the desalted water quality reached the national second-level demineralized water quality standard. The acid consumption reached the better level of similar domestic plants and the alkali consumption was also greatly reduced. Thus ensuring the long-period operation of the low-emission steam boiler rate, steam quality has also been greatly improved.
