1956~1977年间,我院迂到12起肉毒中毒病例,共52人,其中40例入院治疗,部分病例均经积极抢救而脱险,现小结如下。一、发病情况本组12起中毒患者52人,每起平均4人左右,最多1起为12人,常呈家庭院舍式的连锁型发病。其中4起的毒物分析证实为A型肉毒毒素。中毒食物全部为家庭腌制的豆制品,计豆豉7次、臭豆腐4次、豆瓣酱1次。这些食物均于1周以上在室温
Between 1956 and 1977, 12 cases of botulism were found in our hospital, with a total of 52 persons, of whom 40 were admitted to hospital for treatment. Some cases were actively rescued from danger and were summarized as follows. First, the incidence of 12 cases of poisoning in this group of 52 patients, each on average about 4 people, up to a maximum of 12 people, often home-based family-type chain-type disease. Four of these poisons were confirmed as botulinum toxin type A. Poisoned food all for the family pickled soy products, counting seven times beans, stinky tofu 4 times, bean paste 1 times. These foods are above 1 week at room temperature
