一九八六年九月,全军军队卫生专业组第五次学术会议在兰州进行期间,召开了《军队卫生杂志》编委扩大会议。参加会议的有编委、特邀编委及有关军区、军兵种代表共41人。会议由军事医学科学院军队卫生研究所所长、《军队卫生杂志》主编顾景范主持,总后卫生部防疫处王晋山处长、军事医学科学院秦伯益付院长到会并讲了话。会上,大家认真总结了办刊近四年来的基本经验,并围绕今后如何进一步办好刊物问题展开了热烈讨论。与会同志一致认为,在泰山会议上,倡议创办《军队卫生杂志》是十分必要的。创刊近四年来,共收到稿件676篇,发表447篇,占来稿总数的66.1％。内部发行
In September 1986, during the fifth academic conference of the army’s military health professional group in Lanzhou, an enlarged meeting of the editorial board of “Army Health Journal” was held. A total of 41 people participated in the conference including Editorial Board, Invited Editorial Committee, representatives of the military region and the armed forces. The meeting was presided over by Gu Jingfan, chief of the Military Health Research Institute of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences and editor in chief of Army Health Magazine. Director Wang Jinshan, Director of the Epidemic Prevention Department of the Ministry of Health, and Qin Boyi Fu, Dean of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences attended and addressed the meeting. At the meeting, everyone conscientiously summed up the basic experience of running a journal for nearly four years and held heated discussions on how to further improve the running of the journal in the future. The participating comrades unanimously agreed that it is absolutely necessary to initiate the “Army Health Magazine” at the Taishan Conference. In the past four years, a total of 676 manuscripts were received and 447 papers were published, accounting for 66.1% of the total manuscripts. Internal distribution
