目的了解大学生的主观幸福感与人际交往的关系。方法采用总体幸福感量表(GWB)及大学生人际关系综合诊断量表对1~4年级180名大学生进行测试。结果1.大学生主观幸福感的6个因子在性别、城乡上无显著性差异;对行为和情感的控制因子在专业(文理)上,文科学生对自己行为和情感的控制力高于理科学生,并存在显著性差异;其他因子在专业上无显著性差异。2.主观幸福感中精力因子在年级上存在显著性差异;大三学生的精力要明显好于其它年级学生精力。3.大学生在人际关系方面,农村学生的人际关系好于城市学生,二者存在显著性差异,年级上也存在显著性差异。4.主观幸福感与人际关系呈显著性正相关。结论人际关系是影响主观幸福感的因素,改善人际关系有助于提高主观幸福感。
Objective To understand the relationship between college students’ subjective well-being and interpersonal relationships. Methods The total happiness scale (GWB) and comprehensive interpersonal relationship of college students were used to test 180 college students in grades 1-4. There are no significant differences in gender, urban and rural areas among the six factors of college students’ subjective well-being. Controlling factors of behavior and emotion are more professional (liberal arts) than liberal arts students who control their behavior and emotion more than science students. And there are significant differences; other factors in the professional no significant difference. 2. The subjective well-being of mental factors in the grade there is a significant difference; junior high school students to significantly better energy than other grades of students. Students in interpersonal relationships, rural students better interpersonal relationships than urban students, there are significant differences between the two, there are also significant differences in grade. 4. Subjective well-being and interpersonal relationship was significantly positive correlation. Conclusion Interpersonal relationship is a factor that affects subjective well-being. Improving interpersonal relationships helps to improve subjective well-being.
