以13个优良不结球白菜品种与6个结球白菜品种种子为试材,研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理对种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度NaCl胁迫对白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长有一定的促进作用,随着NaCl胁迫浓度的加大,种子发芽率、发芽势及幼苗生长情况等呈下降趋势,种子发芽时间推迟;其中“五月慢”、“青杂4号”与“德高16”表现出较强的耐盐性,而“台湾青梗菜”和“科兴黄金白菜”的耐盐性极差。
Thirteen excellent non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties and six Chinese cabbage varieties were used as test materials to study the effects of different NaCl stress treatments on seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that low concentration NaCl could promote the seed germination and seedling growth of cabbage. With the increase of NaCl stress concentration, the seed germination rate, germination energy and seedling growth decreased, and the seed germination time was delayed. “May slow”, “green hybrid 4 ” and “Dego 16 ” showed strong salt tolerance, and “Taiwan Qinghai stem dishes ” and "Kexing gold cabbage Very poor salt tolerance.
