目的 探讨LMP1,cyclinD1和Bcl-2在鼻咽癌中的表达及临床意义 ,并分析其表达间的相关性。方法 用免疫组化SP法分别检测LMP1,cyclinD1和Bcl-2在 60例鼻咽癌组织中的表达。结果 ⑴LMP1,cyclinD1和Bcl -2在鼻咽癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为 65 %( 3 9/60 )、60 %( 3 6/60 )和 65 %( 3 9/60 ) ;⑵LMP1,cyclinD1和Bcl-2阳性和阴性病例的平均生存期、五年生存率和中位生存期存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;⑶鼻咽癌组织中CyclinD1和Bcl -2的表达一致率为 68 3 3 %( 4 1/60 ) ,存在显著相关性 (r =0 3 99,P <0 0 1) ,LMP1与Bcl -2 ,LMP1与CyclinD1间无显著相关。⑷LMP1、CyclinD1阳性表达在鼻咽癌不同临床时期 (Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ )存在显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 LMP1可能独立地预测鼻咽癌预后而cyclinD1、Bcl-2表达情况可综合预测鼻咽癌预后
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of LMP1, cyclinD1 and Bcl-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and to analyze their correlations. Methods The expressions of LMP1, cyclinD1 and Bcl-2 in 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results (1) The positive rates of LMP1, cyclinD1 and Bcl-2 in NPC tissues were 65% (39/60), 60% (36/60) and 65% (39/60) (P <0.05). (3) The expression rates of CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in Bcl-2 positive and negative cases 68 3 3% (4 1/60), there was a significant correlation (r = 0 3 99, P 0 01). There was no significant correlation between LMP1 and Bcl -2, LMP1 and CyclinD1. (4) The positive expression of LMP1 and CyclinD1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma at different clinical stages (Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ) were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion LMP1 may independently predict the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the expression of cyclinD1 and Bcl-2 may predict the prognosis of NPC
